Guehi withdraws from England camp with foot injury
Marc Guehi missed England's 2-0 win over Serbia with a foot injury, and the Crystal Palace defender has now left the training camp.
England have confirmed that Marc Guehi has left their November training camp as he continues to recover from a foot injury.
The Crystal Palace defender suffered the issue during their Conference League match against AZ, with Guehi "unable to walk" due to a bruise on his foot.
The 25-year-old subsequently missed the Eagles' Premier League clash against Brighton, while he was also absent for England's 2-0 win over Serbia.
Guehi, who has registered one goal and one assist in three World Cup qualifiers, will miss the Three Lions' final match of their campaign against Albania on Sunday.
England released a statement that said: "Crystal Palace's Marc Guehi has left the England camp and will not travel to Albania for Sunday's 2026 FIFA World Cup qualifier.
"The defender joined up with the Three Lions at Tottenham Hotspur's training ground earlier this week but has returned to his club to continue his rehabilitation.
"Thomas Tuchel will prepare for the trip to Tirana with a squad of 24."
Palace face Wolves after the international break before crucial fixtures against Strasbourg in the Conference League and Manchester United in the Premier League.
Oliver Glasner will be desperate for his captain to return sooner rather than later, ahead of a busy winter period.
