Nottingham Forest made it three wins on the bounce as they convincingly dispatched Malmo 3-0 in the Europa League on Thursday.

Nottingham Forest are getting into the kind of form where they can look up rather than down, so says Sean Dyche.

Forest made it three wins on the bounce in all competitions on Thursday, as they followed up last week's 3-0 win over Liverpool by beating Malmo by the same scoreline in the Europa League.

Dyche's team are unbeaten in five matches, and they are now out of the bottom three in the Premier League, while they sit 16th in the 36-team Europa League standings, with eight points from five games.

Ryan Yates, Arnaud Kalimuendo and Nikola Milenkovic were on target at the City Ground, and Dyche is feeling positive heading into a crucial run of fixtures in December.

"It's certainly looking up," he told TNT Sports.

"We delivered a strong performance out [in Europe] at Sturm Graz [0-0 draw], we didn't get the goal we needed but it was a very strong performance.

"It's good to come back here, especially after the Liverpool win, so to back that up with a win is great.

"That's the main thing for me: keeping that mentality, particularly here at home because of the fanbase, and keeping that consistency in our performances.

"If you take care of each game, the rest of it takes care of itself."

Forest have scored at least three goals in three consecutive games in all competitions for the first time since February 2015, doing so as a top-flight side for the first time since April 1995.

"The Premier League has been massively important for this club after getting back into it, so of course it holds its place for this club, but the Europa League is equally important because of the history," added Dyche.

"We want to do well on both fronts, but it's not always that easy."

Forest host Brighton in their next Premier League outing on Sunday.
