Oliver Glasner has drawn interest after his impressive run with Crystal Palace, who are keen to keep him beyond the end of this season.

Crystal Palace co-owner and chairman Steve Parish revealed the club have had "early conversations" with Oliver Glasner about renewing his contract.

Glasner, who joined Palace in February 2024, is out of contract at Selhurst Park at the end of this season.

He has had an incredible impact on the Eagles since stepping into the dugout, leading them to the first major trophy in their history last term by beating Manchester City 1-0 in the FA Cup final.

Palace, who are also playing their first season in major European competition this season, also then won the Community Shield in August, overcoming reigning Premier League champions Liverpool on penalties.

Glasner also oversaw Palace's longest-ever unbeaten run, going 19 matches in all competitions without losing before falling to a dramatic 2-1 loss to Everton last weekend.

The Austrian has been linked with the likes of Bayern Munich and Manchester United, but Parish confirmed Palace were making moves to secure his future.

"We've had some early conversations. We would love to keep Oliver; we're building something. I think for Oliver, it's about the conditions being right," Parish told talkSPORT.

"It's about everything being in a way that he enjoys his work, and he finds the conditions favourable to achieve.

"Oliver wants to win things. He makes no secret of that. That's what he's in football for.

"So, if we can align those interests, then hopefully we can make something happen."

Palace midfielder Adam Wharton has also drawn attention and has been linked with United.

This season, no Palace player has created more chances in the Premier League than Wharton's 11, and he has generated 1.3 expected assists (xA). Though that tops the list for the Eagles, he has yet to set up a goal.

Parish noted that the England international has Champions League ambitions.

"I think Adam, at some point, will want to play either in the Champions League with us, if we can make that happen, or probably with another club," he added.

"He's an extraordinary talent. I think right now, and I can't speak for Adam, but I think he's focused on his time at Crystal Palace."
