Manchester United are looking to extend their unbeaten streak to five games when they travel to Tottenham in the Premier League.

Amad Diallo says Manchester United are full of confidence and belief as they aim to reach the "top level" ahead of their Premier League meeting with Tottenham on Saturday.

United had won three league games in a row heading to Nottingham Forest last weekend, but they had to come from behind to earn a 2-2 draw, with Amad scoring a brilliant late equaliser.

They are unbeaten in four, which has moved them to eighth in the table on 17 points, but a win over Spurs would see them charge up to second in the standings.

Amad believes that everything has started to click for United in Ruben Amorim's system and wants to keep building on their recent run of form.

"I think we have confidence now," he said. "We believe in the manager, and we believe in the system.

"Everyone is now focused. We are training to do the best. We had three wins in a row, and we wanted to make it four. We were unlucky.

"We are doing things step by step. We believe in the manager like he believes in us.

"Every game for us is like a final. We want to bring this team to the top level."

Spurs sit two places above United in the table, also on 17 points, and meet the Red Devils for the first time since beating them in the Europa League final in May.

Last week was a difficult one for Spurs that saw them knocked out of the EFL Cup by Newcastle United before a disheartening 1-0 loss to Chelsea that was greeted by boos from the home support.

However, a 4-0 victory over Copenhagen in the Champions League this Tuesday lifted their spirits as Spurs look to carry that momentum into Saturday and turn their home form around.

Thomas Frank was impressed by Randal Kolo Muani in that win; despite the Frenchman failing to score, he got an assist for Wilson Odobert, and the Spurs head coach wants to see more from him going forward.

"I think he's just taking steps in the right direction, and he's getting more and more fit," Frank said of Kolo Muani.

"And I will still go as far as I don't think he's fully firing yet. But you can see he's such a handful to play against.

"He's gone through two or three times and could have scored. So, I think he was a threat. Probably also should have scored on the header [against Copenhagen]."

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Tottenham – Mohammed Kudus

Spurs registered an xG of just 0.1 in their 1-0 defeat to Chelsea on MD10, the lowest by a team in a Premier League match so far this season.

While it was a low total, Mohammed Kudus was responsible for all of that, having three shots, and Spurs' only one on target, while he also had a team-high four touches in the box and six crosses. He is an injury doubt, but Frank will be hoping he is fit enough for this weekend after a strong start to the season.

Manchester United – Bruno Fernandes

Bruno Fernandes has 53 Premier League assists – since his debut in February 2020, only Mohamed Salah (64) and Kevin De Bruyne (58) have more.

He has assisted in his last two away games and is looking to do so in three away appearances in a row for the first time since November 2020.

MATCH PREDICTION: TOTTENHAM WIN

Tottenham completed the Premier League double over Man Utd last season – they last won three consecutive league games against the Red Devils in 1959/1960.

In fact, United are winless in their last seven meetings with Spurs in all competitions (D2 L5), losing each of the last four – the last team to win five in a row against them were Liverpool between 2000 and 2002.

However, though they are backed to win, no team has lost more Premier League home matches in 2025 than Spurs (nine). Only in 1994 and 2003 (10 each) have they reached double figures in their league history.

And United are unbeaten in their last four Premier League games (W3 D1), their joint-best run under manager Amorim, while United last had a longer run without losing in January/February 2024 (five games).

Only Liverpool (156) have had more shots in the Premier League this season than United (153), and no side has had more efforts on target than they have (54), so a close contest could be in store even if the supercomputer is leaning in Spurs' direction.
